TR Reciprocating Circulation Sludge Drying Project in Jiangsu
Project Background
A large foreign-funded chemical plant in Jiangsu Province needed to further reduce sludge moisture after dewatering and lower downstream sludge disposal pressure.
Solution
The plant uses a TR Reciprocating Circulation Sludge Drying Machine, a low-temperature heat pump batch drying system. The equipment is used for chemical sludge drying with a treatment capacity of 3 tons per day.
Project Results
Since the TR Reciprocating Circulation Sludge Drying Machine was put into operation, the drying performance has remained stable. The sludge moisture content was reduced from 75% to 20%, and no equipment failure has been reported during operation.
