Project Background
A municipal sewage treatment plant in Anhui Province required stable sludge thickening and dewatering equipment for domestic sewage sludge treatment.
Solution
The plant uses an FTE3-2000 Belt Sludge Dewatering Machine. The equipment is applied for sludge thickening and dewatering to support stable sludge discharge and reduce sludge moisture before subsequent transportation or disposal.
Project Results
Since the FTE3 Belt Sludge Dewatering Machine was put into operation, the system has operated stably with good sludge discharge performance. The sludge moisture content was reduced from 99% to below 80%.
