Product Overview

The SFC-TR Series Reciprocating Circulation Sludge Drying Machine is a closed-loop drying system designed for further moisture reduction of dewatered sludge cake.

The system integrates hot air circulation, heat exchange, condensation dehumidification and reciprocating sludge conveying. Circulating hot air evaporates moisture from the sludge. The moisture-containing air then passes through the heat exchange and condensation system, where water is condensed and removed. The dried air is reheated and reused in the closed loop.

This drying process helps reduce sludge weight after drying, with no emissions, no secondary pollution, low noise and energy-saving operation. The system adopts integrated and modular design, making installation, operation and maintenance easier.

The basic process flow is:

Feeding Dewatered Sludge → Hot Air Drying → Moisture Evaporation → Condensation Removal → Dry Sludge Discharge
