Product Overview

The ZG Series Rotary Drum Screen is a mechanical screening device designed for continuous solid-liquid separation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems.

Wastewater enters the distribution chamber through the inlet pipe and is evenly distributed onto the rotating wedge-wire drum screen. As the drum rotates, suspended solids larger than the screen opening are retained on the outer surface of the drum, while filtered water passes through the screen slots and flows out through the outlet channel.

Captured solids are continuously removed by the scraper and discharged automatically. The internal spray cleaning system helps clean the screen surface, maintain stable screening efficiency, and reduce clogging risk. This equipment is suitable for removing fibers, plastics, food residues, hair, suspended solids, and floating debris before downstream treatment.
