Product Overview

The SFC-BSD Series Belt Sludge Drying Machine is used for deep drying of dewatered sludge. Its basic purpose is to separate free water and cell-bound water from sludge, helping the sludge become harmless, stable and reduced.

The machine uses a high-temperature heat pump as the drying heat source. Dewatered sludge with about 80% moisture content can be dried to less than 30% moisture content under about 55°C.

The whole drying process is completely closed, with no odor overflow. The system uses circulating hot air and a condensation system to remove moisture from sludge. It can be installed after a sludge dewatering system, including screw press sludge dewatering equipment.

The basic process flow is:

Feeding → Drying → Condensation → Discharge

In municipal sludge drying projects, the system can be installed after dewatering to reduce sludge weight. In industrial chemical sludge reduction projects, it can help lower disposal cost.
