Product Overview

The ZSD Series High Pressure Belt Sludge Deep Dewatering Machine is designed for secondary deep dewatering of sludge cake after belt press, centrifuge or screw press dewatering.

It is especially suitable for projects with sufficient floor space and higher requirements for maintenance convenience. With a low sludge inlet and bearing maintenance height below 1.6 m, the ZSD system allows easier bearing inspection, roller maintenance and daily operation.

The system treats sludge cake that has already been dewatered by primary mechanical dewatering equipment. Before entering the ZSD machine, sludge cake is conditioned and modified by chemical agents. The modified sludge is then mixed, crushed, uniformly distributed and pressed through the high-pressure belt system.

The purpose is to release more water from the sludge cake and reduce final moisture content for transportation, drying, incineration or disposal. Under suitable conditioning conditions, sludge cake moisture can be further reduced from around 80% to below 70% or even below 60%.

The basic process flow is:

Primary Dewatered Sludge Cake → Conditioning Agent Dosing → Efficient Mixing → Uniform Distribution → ZSD High-Pressure Dewatering → Final Cake Output
