Product Overview

The SD High-Pressure Belt Sludge Deep Dewatering System is designed for secondary deep dewatering of sludge cake after conventional sludge dewatering equipment.

It is used after belt press, centrifuge or screw press dewatering. For sludge cake with approximately 80% moisture content, the system can further reduce moisture to below 70% or even below 60%, depending on the conditioning agent and sludge characteristics.

The system first modifies the sludge cake by adding conditioning agents. Through efficient mixing, the sludge structure is adjusted and water-holding capacity is reduced. Then the modified sludge enters the high-pressure belt dewatering machine, where progressive pressing and high-pressure roller compression further reduce the sludge moisture.

The basic process flow is:

Primary Dewatered Sludge Cake → Conditioning Agent Dosing → Efficient Mixing → Uniform Feeding → High-Pressure Belt Dewatering → Final Cake Discharge
