Product Overview
The Paddle-Type Fine Bubble Diffuser is a submerged microporous aeration device installed on the air distribution piping at the bottom of an aeration tank.
Compressed air supplied by an external blower enters the flat-oval support tube and passes through the perforated membrane, forming fine bubbles in the wastewater. As the bubbles rise, oxygen is transferred into the water to support aerobic microorganisms and biological treatment.
Its paddle-shaped profile provides a broad aeration surface while retaining the convenient installation structure of a tube diffuser. It is a stationary fine bubble diffuser rather than a mechanically driven paddlewheel aerator.
The diffuser can be configured in fixed-bottom or liftable aeration systems according to the tank structure and maintenance requirements.
