Product Overview

The Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser is a submerged aeration device installed on air distribution piping near the bottom of a biological treatment tank.

Compressed air supplied by a blower enters the cylindrical support tube and passes through the microporous membrane. The membrane releases the air as fine bubbles, increasing the contact area between air and wastewater and transferring oxygen to aerobic microorganisms.

The elongated tube structure provides a large active aeration surface and distributes air along the membrane. Multiple diffusers can be arranged as a modular aeration grid according to the tank dimensions, water depth and oxygen demand.
