Product Overview

The SFC-DM Sludge Mixer is developed specifically for sludge deep dewatering systems. It is used to mix sludge with reagents before the subsequent dewatering process.

The equipment adopts slow-speed and thorough mixing. The angle and speed of the stirring paddles can be adjusted according to sludge characteristics. Inside the mixer, sludge is fully mixed with the reagent to achieve electric neutralization and wall-breaking effect.

The mixer is designed for closed operation, with no plugging, low failure rate and silent operation. The blades are made of alloy material with high corrosion resistance and strong wear resistance. All blades adopt a split and detachable structure. The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel and uses rubber lining for anti-corrosion protection.
