Product Overview

The PL2 Two-Box Automatic Powder Preparation Unit is designed for automatic powder preparation and dosing processes. It adopts an upper and lower two-box structure: the upper chamber is used for dissolution and maturation, while the lower chamber is used for solution storage.

Dry powder is added through a screw feeder. The outlet of the powder screw dosing device adopts a shutter design, and a heater is installed outside the screw tube. This structure helps support stable powder feeding and solution preparation.

The system is suitable for various powder dosing processes and can be used in continuous or batch dosing applications. By adding dry powder through the screw propeller, solutions with different concentrations can be accurately prepared.
