Product Overview

The LSD Series Vertical High Pressure Belt Sludge Deep Dewatering System is designed for secondary deep dewatering of sludge cake after belt press, centrifuge or screw press dewatering.

With a vertical pressing roller arrangement, the system is especially suitable for projects where the length direction is limited but sufficient height space is available.

The LSD machine adopts a vertical pressing path. The pressing rollers are arranged from bottom to top, with a lower sludge inlet and a higher sludge outlet. This layout reduces the required equipment length and is suitable for sites with limited floor length but available vertical space.

The system treats sludge cake after primary dewatering. Conditioning agent is added to modify sludge structure and improve deep dewatering performance. After efficient mixing and uniform feeding, the sludge moves upward through the vertical high-pressure belt path for moisture reduction, and the final sludge cake is discharged from the upper outlet.

The basic process flow is:
