Product Overview
The Internally Fed Rotary Drum Filter, also known as an Internal-Feed Rotary Drum Filter or Inner Water-Inlet Rotary Drum Filter, is an open-type rotary screening system designed for solid-liquid separation in wastewater pretreatment and industrial screening processes.
Wastewater enters the inside of the rotating drum through the inlet pipe. As the drum rotates, liquid passes through the drum slots or fine screen openings, while solid particles are retained inside the drum. The retained solids are conveyed along the inner surface of the drum toward the discharge end and are partially dewatered before discharge.
This equipment is suitable for applications requiring stable screening, low operating cost, low cleaning cost, and partial dewatering of separated solids. An external washing system and automatic control system can be configured according to project requirements.
