The SRD Wear-Free Multi-Disc Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine is designed for sludge thickening, filtration, and dewatering. It is composed of multiple fixed rings and moving rings stacked together with a screw shaft to form a cylindrical sludge thickening and press-filtering structure.

During operation, the screw shaft rotates under the drive reducer. At the same time, the synchronous transmission device drives the eccentric rotating mechanism, causing the moving rings to perform eccentric reciprocating movement. The moving rings and fixed rings form regular relative movement, creating effective filter gaps that allow filtrate to discharge smoothly and reduce sludge moisture content.

The key design feature of this machine is that the rings do not directly contact the screw shaft. This avoids the common wear problem found in traditional screw press equipment, extends service life, reduces maintenance cost, and improves long-term operation reliability.
