Product Overview

The FTB Series Rotary Drum Sludge Dewatering Machine integrates sludge thickening and dewatering into one compact unit. It is suitable for small to medium wastewater treatment plants with limited installation space.

The system combines rotary drum filtration and belt press dewatering. Sludge first enters the conditioning section for polymer dosing, mixing and flocculation. Then it passes through the rotary drum, where free water drains and solids are retained. After drum filtration, the sludge enters gravity dewatering and press dewatering sections for further water removal.

The basic process flow is:

Flocculation → Drum Filtration → Dewatering → Sludge Cake Discharge
